Refunds are only applicable for transactions made in error, duplicate payments, or failed service delivery caused by system issues on our end.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Payments made for successfully delivered digital services, wallet top-ups, or redeemed points are not eligible for refunds.

To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Provide your account details, transaction ID, and a brief explanation.
5. Processing Time
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refunded amount will be returned via the original payment method.
